Conservatory and Sunroom Builders County Meath
Conservatories, often known as sunrooms, make a wonderful addition to the rear or side of any home, providing a simple and elegant way to bring natural light into your living space throughout the year.
A conservatory is a glazed single storey extension constructed on either a dwarf wall or full height glazing, finished with a glass or polycarbonate roof. Works typically include the base and groundworks, dwarf wall brickwork, frames and glazing, the roof itself, and the connection back to the main house. Styles available include Victorian, Edwardian and lean to designs, with doors and electrics fitted as needed.
Conservatories generally fall within permitted development rights, meaning planning permission is not required providing the structure sits at the rear of the home, stands under four metres in height, is no wider than the existing width of your home, and extends no more than six metres outward, or eight metres for detached houses. We are happy to walk you through all relevant exemptions during our free initial visit.
Alongside our conservatory fitting services, we also offer options for building extensions to your home, interior renovation services and much more across County Meath.
